Wadfest is a registered trade name

The following are some guidelines, to help make everyone's weekend run smoother, be entertaining and enjoyable
IMPORTANT
This is a working Farm, please do not go near any of the Farm Machinery or the Stables. If you have children make sure they understand that IT IS DANGEROUS to go near the machinery and stables.
Crew ID Badges
When you register you will be given a Crew ID badge please wear it at all times, this is a security measure proving your event membership. If you are found without your ID badge you risk ejection from the event! should also make a nice memento.
Security
We have a very efficient security team, however you can make their job much easier by remaining vigilant. This is an open campsite and there are several public footpaths running alongside it so there will be non Wadfester’s around. However if you see someone not wearing their crew badge and you feel they should not be there please report it to security. Please keep valuables – money, phones, alcohol etc either locked in your car or on your person. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR TENT! We cannot be held liable for loss or theft.
First Aid
If you require first aid please go to reception. There will be several first aiders around the camp site, they will be wearing First Aid ID badge.
Water
The Site’s water is on a meter, please do not use the drinking water tap to wash plates etc. and do not allow your children to play with it. There are dishwashing facilities available near the toilet block. At the moment we are not charged for water used, but this could change if we abuse this facility.
Please note that uses of water pistols and soap bubbles are strictly forbidden and anyone found using them will have them confiscated.
Speed Limit
The camp site speed limit is 5mph please adhere to this always, there are children running about as well as adults.
Children
Please note you are responsible for your children at all times. We are a family orientated event and love kids taking part in activities, however we are not a crèche. The supervision of your children remains your responsibility at all times. Please make sure you know the whereabouts of your children, campsites can pose a number of hazards, also we are alongside the river Trent.
Animals
Dogs should be kept on a leash at all times, it is the owner's responsibility to clear up any mess they make.
BBQ's & Open Fires
BBQ's must be at least 18" off the ground. Please be aware of the hazard posed to nearby tents. Due to crops in the area we regret that open fires are strictly prohibited.
Music & Other Noise
Please make sure that the music stops at 11pm and all other noise is kept to a minimum.
We are on a commercial site, there will be other campers just over the hedge who
may not appreciate our type of music, even if it is the hedgehog song at one-
Drink
While we all like a drink, and at these weekends it is not unknown for some people to imbibe a little, please be aware that we will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour. Being drunk is not an excuse. Security do have the right to remove anybody whose behaviour they deem unacceptable.
Rubbish
Black bin bags are supplied in your welcome packs, collected on registration at reception. Should you require any extra bags please ask at reception. Please keep the surrounding area of your tent tidy and on leaving put the rubbish bag in the skip provided.
Questions?
Got any questions? Go to reception.
Finally this is a fun weekend, enjoys yourselves, have a great time, if you have any suggestions on how to make next year’s better let me know.
